Lisa Aitken, M.S. CCC-SLP

Ms. Lisa is originally from a small town in Florida. In order to escape the humidity, she lived the past 8 years in New Mexico. She received her Masters of Science in Communicative Disorders with emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern New Mexico University. Recently, Ms. Lisa and her husband made their dream of living in Colorado come true! She has experience in both school and private-practice settings, and uses this knowledge to support patients and their families with a variety of recommendations. Ms. Lisa specializes in using sensory supports as a modality to augment therapy, early intervention activities, and literacy. Ms. Lisa uses a 'neurodiversity affirming approach' that validates all forms of communication. In her free time, you can find Ms. Lisa out hiking, watching movies, or exploring more of Colorado.
