Ms. Stephanie understood very early in her career that working with children was her life calling. She followed this calling and started practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado in 2003, after receiving her Master of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders from Michigan State University. Through the years, Ms. Stephanie has found her passion working with children on the autism spectrum as well as children with significant communication needs, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. Ms. Stephanie also has a great deal of experience working with children diagnosed with a wide range of communication disorders. She has had extensive knowledge in working with children from birth-6 years and prides herself in taking a holistic approach to treatment. Ms. Stephanie enjoys the human aspect of her job, taking time to understand children and family needs on a personal level. She is skilled in identifying family communication struggles and providing coaching and support to families, helping their children to become better communicators.
In her free time, Ms. Stephanie is living life to its fullest, keeping busy with her husband and 3 kids! She loves to travel, have adventures outdoors, and spend quality time with good friends. When there is a chance for downtime, she savors moments of solitude reading books, gardening, or soaking up the Colorado sun on a walk or hike. Since naps are not possible, Ms. Stephanie has developed a love for coffee and yummy treats!
